This is just an interesting arrangement of firewood. I like the range of colors and variety of shapes and shadows.

Funtastic and Freedom #1

These are some pictures taken around the Fourth of July in 2003 in Big Spring, Texas. I was working for the Herald at the time. Most of these were taken with a Nikon DSLR, but I don't remember the specifics.

We have pictures from the July 3 Pops in the Park celebration, the Coahoma Freedom Parade, and the Funtastic Fourth celebration, which included a battle of the bands. Don't remember any of the bands' names, sorry. If anyone recognizes any, please comment and I'll include the info!

I'll post some more from this set later.
